Who We Are
Since 1981, the LULAC Denton Council 4366 has worked tirelessly to empower our community and ensure equitable opportunities for all. Each year, we set ambitious goals that guide our efforts to create meaningful change in Denton and beyond. We are 100% volunteer-based, from our board members to our general membership, and rely on the dedication of our community to keep this mission alive.
What We Do
“We exist to support the Hispanic community in Denton by promoting and creating educational opportunities, advocating for fair representation and access, and developing future leaders through mentorship and civic involvement.”

Expanding Access to Higher Education
We provide scholarships, mentorship, and internships to help first-generation and underserved/underrepresented students in Denton pursue their academic dreams and gain real-world experience.

Community Advocacy and Support
We advocate for fair representation in local politics and education, ensuring the voices of Denton’s Hispanic community are heard and supported, while offering resources and direct assistance to those in need.

Leadership Development & Civic Engagement
We foster the next generation of leaders by supporting participation in leadership programs, encouraging civic engagement, and promoting diverse representation in local boards and government.
