Start a NEW Youth Council

If you want to start a council at your school, you need 10 members and a staff sponsor.  Visit the National LULAC website and hover over Members.  There you will find the instructions and charter application for Youth Councils. 

All local school councils are under the adult council, in this case Denton LULAC 4366.  Please email LULAC4366@gmail.com for more information and to make sure you meet requirements.  We also provide help paying some of the membership fees.
